First-party analytics

We record page views on this website using the page path, server time and a random browser-tab session identifier. Where supplied by our hosting provider, we also record approximate country, state and city. This is not precise location and does not identify individual visitors. Analytics reports cover up to 90 days; older events are removed when new events are recorded. We do not store raw IP addresses in these analytics records, or collect quote drafts, form contents, contact fields, query strings or screen recordings.

No third-party analytics SDK or analytics cookies are used. The random identifier is kept in session storage for the browser tab. We honour browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. The private owner dashboard uses a secure sign-in cookie; this is separate from visitor analytics.

Information you enter

Your quote contains selected model names and quantities. The quote form asks for your company, contact person, city and phone number so the team can understand and respond to your business enquiry. The contact form accepts an optional name, an enquiry topic and your message.

Form details stay in the page’s memory while you prepare your draft. These forms do not submit to a website contact database. Avoid entering sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.

When you open WhatsApp

Only when you choose the WhatsApp button does the site put your draft in a WhatsApp link. Opening that link shares its contents with WhatsApp. Review the draft and press Send in WhatsApp to contact Cemex Electronics. WhatsApp processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

If you send the message, the CEMEX team receives your message and the contact information available through WhatsApp. The conversation is used to respond to your request, arrange a quote or provide support. Deleting a draft on this website does not delete messages already sent through WhatsApp.

Storage on your device

Selected models and quantities are saved in this browser so your quote survives a reload. Your explicit English/Hindi preference is also saved. Your company, contact name, city, phone and contact-form message are not saved by these features in browser storage. See browser storage for how to clear it.

Website delivery

This website is hosted through OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites. Hosting services may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser details and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. The hosting platform also provides visitor and page-view analytics. This catalogue does not add advertising pixels or third-party translation widgets.

Your choices and requests

You can browse without sending an enquiry, change the language setting, remove quote selections or clear this site’s browser data. To ask about information you have sent, request correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for further contact, use the contact form and select “Privacy / data request”. Please describe the relevant conversation without sending passwords or identity documents.

Conversation and business-record retention may depend on the enquiry, any resulting transaction and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Ask the team about your specific information through the same contact route.
